The Voice of Business in the Haliburton Highlands
The Haliburton Highlands Chamber of Commerce was originally created in 1936 to fulfill a need for tourism information and was reformed in 1961 as a Chamber of Commerce to better serve the needs of the business community in Haliburton County.
The Haliburton Highlands Chamber of Commerce provides a wide variety of functions – we advocate to all levels of government, encourage Chamber members and businesses to use local resources first, as well as provide discounts and cost savings. We are proud to represent and promote more than 250 members of the local businesses in the Haliburton Highlands.
A little known fact regarding the Haliburton Highlands Chamber of Commerce: The official Highlands of Haliburton Tartan was commissioned by the Chamber in 1963.
