Looking for a fast paced, fun team environment?  We are hiring for an administrator position based out of our office in Haliburton.  We depend on our employees to be proactive self-starters who are extremely organized and thrive in a team environment filled with motivated and caring individuals that is constantly changing.  Preference to individuals with experience in real estate or marketing.

Must be a fast learner with an excellent ability to triage priorities, work under pressure and follow instructions.  Must have great organizational skills and an ability to meet deadlines while ensuring details are accurate.  Respond quickly to phone calls and emails and assist in-office clients and agents in a professional, friendly, timely and flexible way.  Strong customer service, constantly striving to go above and beyond and excellent time management skills.

Experience completing forms via software and adobe, real estate forms and software experience is an asset.   Strong data entry and reporting skills, a preference following a systematic process for daily tasks.  Proficient use of a computer and located in/with a knowledge of haliburton county.
